Presentation of Papers at the Conference
Accepted papers will be presented either in oral during the Parallel Sessions, or as a poster in Poster sessions. The conference program can be read from this page.
Oral Paper Presentation
Each Parallel Sessions will have at least 4 oral paper presentations from different authors. Each paper should receive a maximum allocation of 20 minutes which includes presentation and question-answer session. Since we would like to give as much opportunity as possible for questions, we should aim for the presentations to be around 10-15 minutes.
There will be Session Chair responsible for each of the parallel sessions. Session Chairs must ensure that things run smoothly, each presenter has ample time to present their paper and a lively discussion session can occur during the session.
Poster Session
Another group of accepted papers will be displayed as poster during the conference. Papers accepted as poster are included in the conference proceedings. Each poster presenter will be alloted with a poster board. The poster should not be larger than the standard A1 size (33.11in x 23.39in = 841mm x 594mm), which may be put up either portrait or landscape.
Author(s) are responsible for producing their own posters. Organizers only provided the space for displaying the posters. Board assignment for each author/participant will be instructed on site. At the conference, each participant must put up the poster at the start of his/her session on the assigned board to take off the poster at the end of the session.
