Your paper has been accepted. As a requirement for submission to IEEE Xplore, you are now required to present your work at the conference. Please carefully follow the presentation instructions below.
Onsite (Oral) Presentation Instructions
Total Time Allocation: 15 minutes
11 minutes for presentation
3 minutes for Q&A session
1 minute for preparation and transition
Slides:
Use a minimum font size of 18 for readability.
Ensure all visuals are legible from the back of the room.
Upload your slides to EDAS prior to your session.
Online Presentation Instructions
Presentation Format: Video playback followed by live Q&A.
Video Requirements:
Duration: 10–12 minutes (minimum 10 minutes, maximum 12 minutes).
Ensure high audio and video quality.
Q&A Session:
Be on standby during your scheduled session.
Q&A will begin immediately after your video presentation.
Questions may be handled live via microphone or in the chatroom.
- If time runs out, presenters must continue responding via the chatroom.
If your video includes a demo or simulation:
Ensure smooth recording of the demo/simulation with clear narration.
Avoid background noise or interruptions during the demo.
Keep the demo concise and directly relevant to your paper.
Verify that all visual elements are legible in the video.
Upload: Presentation videos must be uploaded to EDAS before the Oct 9th, 2025.
Dress Code
To maintain professionalism and align with IEEE conference standards:
Onsite Presenters: Business or smart casual attire (e.g., collared shirts, blouses, formal trousers, dresses, or equivalent professional attire). Avoid jeans, T-shirts, or casual sandals.
Online Presenters: Dress in business or smart casual attire during live Q&A sessions. Ensure a professional background or use a plain virtual background if necessary.
