For international participants, the City Tour is included and no additional fee is required. For local participants, the City Tour fee is IDR 350,000 and needs to be paid if a local participant opts to join the City Tour. Payment method is stated at the bottom of this page.

PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the various time zones, We will accept the early bird registration until September 16, 2019 midnight (in INDONESIAN time (WIB)). After that, all registration must accompany the regular registration fees.

At least, one of authors must register during the registration. Papers without the registration and payment may not be included in the Proceeding and not recommended to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Definition of Local Participants refers to universities and organization based in Indonesia and does not refer to the authors’ nationality.

One registration can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. One registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding in USB.

Transfer fees / bank charges / other bank charges are the responsibility of all participants.

Cancellations are not allowed, and return of payment is not possible.
