For participants who aren’t eligible for City Tour (see the image above) but want to join, the additional City Tour fee of IDR 350,000 needs to be paid. Payment method is stated at the bottom of this page.
Committee accepts only bank transfer or cash on site (no credit card). You can specify this in registration form. The conference fee includes the attendance at all scientific sessions, lunch and tea breaks, conference proceeding (USB), and goodie bag (Accommodation is not included).

PAYMENT POLICY
Due to the various time zones, We will accept the early bird registration until September 16, 2019 midnight (in INDONESIAN time (WIB)). After that, all registration must accompany the regular registration fees.
At least, one of authors must register during the registration. Papers without the registration and payment may not be included in the Proceeding and not recommended to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Definition of Local Participants refers to universities and organization based in Indonesia and does not refer to the authors’ nationality.
One registration can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. One registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding in USB.
Transfer fees / bank charges / other bank charges are the responsibility of all participants.
